About the role

We’re looking for an experienced program manager based out of Europe to help coordinate the development and delivery of our product. We are building a next generation data security product, with a SaaS backend and endpoint agent.

As a Program Manager you will follow functionality cradle to grave, with a particular focus on the pre-release stages of the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate the project execution of both backend and endpoint components. You will also help improve and automate processes, and grow the function as the company grows.

What you’ll do

• Lead, facilitate, and participate in key Scrum practices and teams across multiple work streams

• Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement through scrum process

• Ensure the team is focused on the right tasks and help remove any obstacles

• Facilitate collaboration with product teams with the goal of creating a well prioritized backlog with workable stories

• Manage project dependencies between engineering teams and communicate the project status throughout the project lifecycle to key stakeholders

• Share sprint metrics (e.g. velocity, burndown charts etc.) with stakeholders.

• Drive the release process cradle to grave

• Establish consistent release management processes and cadence

• Coordinate the release with stakeholders in different functions

• Manage and mitigate release risk

• Define and measure metrics related to the release

• Define and enforce strategies to roll back releases in case of issues

Who you are

• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple simultaneous initiatives and achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

• Effective planning and problem solving with product management and software development teams

• 3 years+ experience in program management / project management in security software development

• 3 years+ experience with Agile/Scrum

• Experience with an endpoint security agent development is a plus

• You have attention to detail and can take quick and effective decisions

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Availability to frequently communicate with a distributed engineering team in Central European and US time zones

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• Located in Europe
