Staff Product Designer (Verify)
Docker is a remote first company with employees across Europe, APAC and the Americas that simplifies the lives of developers who are making world-changing apps. We raised our Series C funding in March 2022 for $105M at a $2.1B valuation. We continued to see exponential revenue growth last year. Join us for a whale of a ride!
Design at Docker is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity for those who are energized by designing for technical users. We have millions of users and are one of the most loved developer tools in our space. We are dedicated to delivering fantastic developer experiences and staying close to the developer community.
The Staff Product Designer in the Data and Policy team will hit the ground running, joining a cross-functional team focused on bringing new insights into the developer experience. The Scout team has built a robust platform of data for development teams. To start, the Staff Product Designer will work on discovering delightful ways to bring the value from this platform to the surface for developers, in the short, medium, and long term.
Staff Product Designers at Docker are self-motivated and highly communicative. They work across the organization to elevate product quality and ship delightful experiences for developers. They infuse teams with design thinking methodologies and balance vision with pragmatism in order to both deliver value and make the teams they work with more effective. Staff Product Designers lead vision and execution for distinct areas of the product in addition to providing leadership within the Product Design team and the Ecosystem BU as a whole.
