The Role:
Evisort is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to join the team. The right person will have ample experience in targeting Fortune 2,000 franchise accounts for use of a SaaS service. Intellectual curiosity and a passion for impact propels your focus on key use cases. You thrive on making a quantifiable value difference in your accounts and building long-term relationships.
You will help build a world-class, high-performance team. With a focus on improving our customer’s business to grow our own, and are in a key inflection point of revenue growth and scalability with a large opportunity to make an impact and join an early sales organization.
If you have a minimum of 3 years in a Sales Leadership role, a proven track record with the follow:
- Assess go-to-market readiness across our sales team, identify gaps in our approach, and build new processes to ensure the team is properly trained/equipped to successfully perform against our goals.
- Motivate individuals and teams to exceed targets through coaching and mentorship.
- Accurately forecast your business to guide focus across Sales Development, Marketing, and Success.
- Identify, qualify, and help accelerate business opportunities through partnerships with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • You’ll lead a team remotely of highly motivated account executives and focus on coaching and developing the team, running sales cycles to establish new customer relationships, and partnering cross-functionally to grow our footprint across our existing customer base.
  • You’ll bring vision, purpose, and drive to the team while helping us refine our go-to-market strategy across the business.
  • You’ll also help us as we scale the Sales team to capture the market opportunity, by leading the team -- you will hire, coach, and help execute as we work with the team and broader company to accelerate our sales.


  • 5+ years of increasing go-to-market responsibility and 3+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally selling to both high growth Commercial and Enterprise accounts
  • 2+ years managing teams of 6+ people
  • Use MEDDIC methodology to coach for deal understanding
  • You are well versed with SFDC, Clari, Gong, Outreach, and Seismic(or very similar)
  • Experience running six-figure deals
  • Experience selling to C- C-level executives
  • Excellent ability to identify and resolve problems in the sales process
  • A savviness for finance products or experience selling business applications
  • Demonstrated track record of hiring, training, and leading Account Executives and high-performing teams
  • Capable of thinking strategically to build a team and tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis
  • In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales Development to shape the vision and direction of sales at Evisort. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Recruiting, Engineering, Marketing, Success, and Support.
