See open jobs at Hasura.See open jobs similar to "Technical Account Manager" Vertex Ventures US.Hasura is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to be a go-to technical advisor for our Enterprise and Strategic customers post-sale, leading them through complex architecture and integration as they adopt Hasura and PromptQL. You’ll play a hands-on role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that fit seamlessly into their enterprise systems. More than just completing technical onboarding, you are a true business partner that will help customers navigate their AI transformation,unlocking the full potential of their data using AI and driving real business outcomes with PromptQL at the core.
What the role will involve:
Act as our largest customer’s primary technical advisor, driving long-term architectural success and innovation
Partner with customers to implement PromptQL into their existing enterprise environment and drive towards desired business outcomes
Define and own a comprehensive delivery plan across all workstreams
Identify and unlock new opportunities for Hasura to drive impact across the customer's broader business
Provide hands-on training and technical guidance to customer teams, enabling them to confidently manage, support, and scale Hasura internally
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to align technical roadmaps with business objectives
Take the lead on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively, keeping the customer’s success front and center
Proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate as needed, potential risks that could impact the success of the customer’s adoption of PromptQL
Work with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and shape future improvements that enhance the customer experience and deepen PromptQL adoption
Contribute to the Hasura technical community by sharing insights and collaborating with peers, Product, and Engineering to elevate customer success across the board
Requirements:
Experience in AI transformation and a solid understanding of LLM and the larger AI ecosystem
API and custom data integration experience in a Hybrid or SaaS environment
Technical debugging: log analysis, code analysis, end-to-end transaction tracing
Networking expertise: a deep understanding of networking, including cloud and on-premise
Strong services and delivery experience, working across multiple projects at once
Hands-on experience with cloud and database technologies: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Cloud SQL, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure/SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB, and/or Oracle (MySQL), etc.
Security & audit experience: able to fully understand the technical and audit framework of the product and represent it with customer security & audit stakeholders

Compensation:
The compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 - $200,000 (including bonus) plus ESOPs.
