We are looking for a highly driven Technical Project Manager to join our team and help shape the web security landscape. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills & problem solving background, and thrive in a technological environment while demonstrating excellent communication and analytic skills. The ideal candidate must be able to efficiently interact with cross-functional teams throughout HUMAN, including R&D, Product, RevOps, Sales and more. What you'll do:
- Work closely with all R&D groups and teams to ensure ongoing delivery.
- Work closely with Product Management ensuring that the right priorities are being executed.
- Create project plans and oversee the org’s roadmap execution while providing continuous visibility to all stakeholders.
- Use SCRUM expertise to enhance the org's efficiency.
- Create both long and short term processes to perfect day to day collaboration.
- Define metrics and KPIs and act on them.
- Generate value by understanding what needs to be fixed - and fix it.
- Monitor delivery and internal messaging to make sure all stakeholders are aware of the ongoing issues.
- Solve diverse problems in both the tech management domain and the interpersonal one.
Who you are:
- You have second to none interpersonal skills.
- You have 3+ years experience as a technical project manager collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced SCRUM environment.
- Native or close to native English.
- You constantly aim to WIN.
- You have a proven track record of mastering planning, managing, and completing successful cross-org projects.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have an urge to fix broken comms and processes and a track record of doing so.
- Advantage - you are a JIRA master.
