The Enterprise Product team at HUMAN designs best-in-class security products for enterprise organizations across every industry. We are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology, and are consistently viewed as the premier solutions in the market.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team to help drive and deliver new solutions to Customers of our Enterprise portfolio. The role will require strong collaboration and consistent interaction with Customers, Engineering, Research, and Data Science in order to continue to invent and build these industry-leading solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance how enterprise customers interact with and derive insights from complex data, positioning our products at the forefront of the industry.
  • Tackle complex data challenges, improving the customer experience by simplifying processes and creating tools that facilitate adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, data science, and customer-facing departments, to build and launch cutting-edge features and capabilities.
  • Drive product vision and strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market.
  • Engage directly with customers, gathering insights to inform product development and ensuring our offerings meet their evolving needs.
  • Analyze and dive deep into the data to make informed decisions that shape the product roadmap.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring empathy and understanding are at the core of all product initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively, crafting clear and compelling narratives for both technical teams and executive leadership.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful SaaS products.
  • Passionate about solving complex problems, with the creativity to develop innovative solutions.
  • Background in security, fraud prevention, or risk management, bringing valuable domain expertise to the role, preferable with exposure to data-driven approaches in these fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and translate it into strategy, with familiarity in data science or machine learning concepts.
  • Experience working with technical products and teams, translating complex technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, effective at working across diverse teams and presenting ideas clearly.
  • Customer-focused and highly empathetic, with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the agility to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions.
  • Basic understanding of the underlying architecture of the internet.
