Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we are looking for Uber Drivers based in Dallas, Texas, to join us in testing the Uber app. We have partnered with Uber to ensure that their app works seamlessly for riders and drivers alike.

Why are we interested in collaborating with Uber Drivers specifically? We know that you have in-depth knowledge of the app, and your experience with it will be invaluable. You will undoubtedly have important feedback to share with us, and as a primary user of the app, it is essential to us that we collaborate to ensure the product meets our standards.

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through this account, we can assign you testing tasks. You will be asked to use our website for defect tracking. You will be given some materials on our website that will help you understand the principles of software testing and how we operate in order to ensure you’re fully prepared for the tasks ahead.

Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: Dallas, Texas
• Availability: Testing requests are ad-hoc, meaning there is no set scheduling. We will let you know in advance when we will test the app, and you can accept or decline the test run depending on your availability.
• Language: English (intermediate or higher) for reading the testing instructions and collaborating with the testing team
• Devices you may need: an Android smartphone or an iPhone (preferably the same device that you typically use the Uber App on)
• Experience: While software testing experience is not required, it is a plus. You must be a registered Uber driver who has completed a few rides with customers.

• The pay rate for this is $35 USD / h
