Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from worldwide companies. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we are looking for software testers based in Laos to participate in a beginner-friendly functional testing task for one of our clients, a trusted online trading platform.

For this workspace, we will be focused on testing 4 segments of the app:

Onboarding
Complete a Know-Your-Client (KYC) flow
Depositing Funds
Withdrawing Funds

If you’re an experienced software tester, or would like to get started in the industry, we would like to have you join us on this short-term project.

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through this account, we can assign you testing tasks. You will be asked to use our website for defect tracking. You will be provided with materials on our website that will help you understand the principles of software testing and how we operate, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the tasks ahead.

Requirements

• You have to be at least 18 years old
• Location: Laos
• Availability: Testing will take place between April 14th and April 16th
• Language: English (intermediate or higher) for reading the testing instructions and collaborating with the testing team
• Devices you may need: Android phone, iOS phone or Web (Desktop PC / Laptop / Mac)
• Experience: While software testing experience is not required, it is a plus. You must be at least willing to go through reading materials that will prepare you for testing.

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Functional, Payments Testing
• Type of work: short-term, freelance
• Workload: Test runs usually take between 0.5h and 1.5h of work. We do not have a set schedule but we will let you know, in advance, when the next testing run will take place. You will have the choice to accept or decline the invitation based on your availability.
• The pay rate for this is $10 USD / h
  • Payments are made weekly via PayPal or Payoneer
