Hi there! We are Testlio, a global software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

At the moment, we have a quick and exciting research survey for a streaming solutions provider. We are seeking German speaking freelancers located in Germany who own Samsung/Tizen 2 TVs, Android TVs, and Magenta TVs. This project involves accessing a remote usability research platform, where you will be given a task list to follow. You will be asked to record yourself using a camera and microphone, as well as your screen, while you provide your honest opinion about the software that you are reviewing.

Prior experience is not required!

To participate in this project, you will need to create an account on our platform. Through this account, we can assign you testing tasks. You will be asked to use our website for defect tracking and will be given some material to go through to prepare you for testing.

Requirements

• Age: You have to be at least 18 years old.
• Location: Must be physically located in Germany.
• Availability: This is a one time task.
• Devices: Samsung/Tizen 2 TVs, Android TVs (Not Android TV boxes), and Magenta TVs (Magenta TV box, not the app).
• Experience: No experience with testing software necessary. This is a research survey meant to capture your feedback about a streaming application.
  • However, keep in mind we’re looking for German native speakers who have experience using streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime, etc, on a frequent basis.

What does the reseach look like?

• Type of research: Usability research. You will be asked to share your honest opinion while navigating a streaming app on your TV.
• Capturing feedback: You will be asked to record yourself with a camera and microphone, as well as your screen.
• Time commitment: This one time survey will take around 1 hour. However, your initial Testlio account setup can take around 10-30 minutes.

• Pay rate: The pay rate for this is $100 USD.
• Payment method: PayPal or Payoneer.
