We’re Testlio, and we have a long history of helping companies improve their apps across a variety of devices. From mobile phones and tablets, to TVs, gaming consoles and even wearables, we’ve tested it all, and we’re not done yet!Our clients cover diverse industries, and chances are you’ve used products that we’ve already tested in the past.

But what does testing mean?

It means we’re the last line of defence between your smooth user experience and unforeseen app defects. If you have a keen eye for details, are willing to learn about software testing, and are interested in using your household devices to improve apps, then Testlio is a great place to start!

Currently, we’re interested in collaborating with freelancers to test apps on certain Samsung devices. New projects always come up on our website, so even if you don’t have some of the devices we’re currently looking for, we’d still like to welcome you within our network of freelancer testers. What this means is that in the future, once we have a project that matches your freelancer profile on our website, we’ll let you know and you can begin working right away!

Requirements

• Age: You have to be at least 18 years old.
• Availability: We will estimate the testing task length based on your location, the devices you’ll be testing on, and several other factors. We will share the estimate prior to when testing starts, so you can let us know if you;re available ahead of time.
• Devices: We test all kinds of apps, from e-commerce to streaming to fitness apps. That’s why we’re always interested in a varied roster of devices. The more you have, the more likely it is we can match you with projects. Nowadays, we’re seeing a rise of testing in the streaming sphere, so we might see an uptick in testing apps on smart TVs, for example.
• Experience: Software testing experience is a plus, but if you are new to testing, we offer free courses to help you learn and grow.
  • We have a preparatory course that will teach you more about how to test on our website.

What does testing look like?

• Type of testing: Functional testing
  • Functional testing ensures that all of the regular functionalities of an app are working as designed.
• Type of work: short-term, freelance.
• Pay rate: The pay rate is determined by your location. We can confirm this as soon as you finish your profile setup.
• Payment: You are paid weekly via PayPal or Payoneer.

Once you are ready, click on the Apply button below. You will be taken through our account creation process, which takes approximately 45 minutes.

Once registered, you’ll be prompted to sign up for this project, and you can view your profile to add additional devices, hobbies, etc, and can sign up for free training and certifications that we offer.
