About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Product Management team in a part-time capacity in our Munich office. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in product management within a thriving startup environment while making a real world impact.

What skills do I need?

• Student of Product Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, UX Design or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• A strong track record of academic excellence and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma and Figjam is a plus as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Product Research: Be at the forefront of industry trends by identifying and documenting current market developments, analyzing competitor strategies, and reviewing feature enhancements.
• Impactful UX Testing: Play a critical role in shaping our product by working closely with the design team to conduct usability testing with customers and internal users, analyze results, and derive data-driven product decisions.
• Feature Development Support: Work alongside the Product Manager for Analytics, Data and Machine Learning to contribute to larger initiatives, and take ownership of individual tasks that directly influence the success of our product.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Engage with various teams across the company, such as engineering, sales, and marketing, to gather insights and ensure seamless product development and delivery.
