About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our delivery team in a part-time capacity (up to 20h per week) in our Munich office. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in SaaS delivery within a thriving startup environment while making a real-world impact.

What skills do I need?

• Student of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German.
• A strong track record of academic excellence and a passion for continuous improvement.
• First experience in manufacturing is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Solution Engineer in the technical delivery aspects of Tulip implementation projects, gather customer requirements and assist in scoping new features and enhancements.
• Provide support to the delivery team, customer stakeholders, and partner organizations throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide insights and feedback based on customer interactions.
