VGS is the world's leader in payment tokenization. Large banks, aspiring fintechs, and growing merchants embed our universal token vault into their technology stack to manage the complexities of payment data tokenization across processors and networks, open banking, card issuance, omnichannel loyalty, PCI compliance, payment orchestration, and more. We empower our clients and partners by tokenizing sensitive payment data, limiting compliance scope, and consolidating payments to unlock revenue and business opportunities.
VGS provides processor-agnostic tokenization solutions via secure universal token vaults, iframes, mobile SDKs, tokenization proxies, APIs, and data orchestration tooling to support payment acceptance, card issuance, PII and bank account tokenization, and other payments value-added services. Some of the use cases we enable include multi-processor Network Tokenization, Account Updater, payment orchestration, secure settlement file processing, 3DS, and Risk provider connectivity.
This role will be part of the Strategy & Revenue Operations team at VGS, supporting key company and client initiatives. This role will be deeply involved in VGS’ pricing strategy, execution, and deal modeling, ultimately drive revenue growth. This role will play a critical role in supporting VGS’s financial, sales, and strategic operations. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Executive leadership, to provide insights, reporting, and actionable recommendations that drive business growth and operational excellence.

What you will be doing at VGS...

  • Deal Models and Pricing:
  • Develop and maintain account-level deal models, pricing strategies, and structures.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Financial Forecasting:
  • Partner with Finance to create accurate cash and revenue forecasts.
  • Support revenue reporting and financial analyses.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate ad hoc analyses and executive-level reports to guide decision-making.
  • Create Board-level reporting content and executive presentations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key business KPIs.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Conduct market research and identify target markets/Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Build business case models to evaluate strategic opportunities.
  • Provide insights and content for Investor Relations activities.
  • Operational Support:
  • Partner with sales and account managers to deliver day-to-day revenue operations support.
  • Develop and manage sales compensation models.

What we are looking for from you (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma), and financial and revenue systems (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience creating executive and board-level materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
