Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing team at Vividly. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels and teams. You’ll work closely with our SDR, demand generation, and content teams to provide actionable insights that drive outreach effectiveness, ad performance, and organic traffic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape strategy and impact key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development (SDR) Enablement:
    • Analyze outreach metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations on:
      • Subject lines, offers, email length, timing, and day-of-week performance.
    • Partner with the SDR team to uncover insights and test strategies that drive higher response and conversion rates.
  2. Demand Generation Insights:
    • Evaluate campaign performance across LinkedIn, display, Google, and other paid platforms.
    • Determine which ads, copy, platforms, segments, and times of day yield the best results.
    • Collaborate with the demand gen team to refine targeting and optimize spend.
  3. Content Performance Analysis:
    • Identify SEO opportunities, monitor keyword rankings, and track the performance of organic pages.
    • Assess top-performing pages by engagement and audience relevance.
    • Provide recommendations on content expansion based on audience behavior and insights from sales calls.
  4. Budget and ROI Management:
    • Track and update marketing spend across all channels.
    • Provide regular updates on key metrics, including cost per opportunity, cost per dollar, and cost per new customer.
    • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends and ROI to stakeholders.

  5. Account Intelligence:
    • Assist with account identification, data enrichment, and account research
    • ICP grading and prioritization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO analysis and ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams.
